The food habit varies from place to place, state to state, country to country and also culture to culture. Japanese generally like seafood and the maximum consumers of non vegetarian food are Japanese. The love to eat raw meat rather cooked. There was a survey of the most favorite food of these people and about 90 percentage of people pointed Sashmi. It is also known as Sushi, which means “pierced body”. This dish contains fresh and raw seafood that is sliced into very thin pieces and served with a dipping sauce. Some of the main ingredients are octopus, tuna, salmon, and squid which are served raw. There are also rare cases where meat of horse and beef are added.
People of Japan love to eat raw meat and fish but there are many cases where eating raw meat may cause body illness and disease which may even demand death, so cook food before consuming.
